Once again we are excited to welcome individuals with Down syndrome and their families from across the Greater Victoria area and beyond to our annual Summer BBQ at Saanich Heritage Acre Park. Those two and older will be welcome to ride the train through the park. Traditional burgers and hot dogs will be served along with a number of snacks. For the safety of all who attend, food will be served by volunteers to limit unnecessary contact. We will have a separate, portable grill set up suitable for vegan or vegetarian fare, so if you want to bring your own food to the BBQ, we would be happy to cook it up and serve it to you.
